1. Who we are

EventFlow Pro is a product of Ajudar Connect Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) — an event management and speaker-scheduling platform. Our service is accessible at eventflow.ajudarconnect.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — your name and email address when you register or sign in with Google.
  • Organisation data — workspace name, branding settings and programme schedules you create.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used and error logs, collected automatically to improve the service.
  • Payment data — credit purchases are processed by Paystack / Flutterwave. We store only the resulting credit balance; we never store card details.
  • Speaker contact data — phone numbers and email addresses you enter for speaker reminders. This data is stored only in your workspace and is never shared.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate and improve the EventFlow Pro service.
  • To authenticate your identity via Supabase Auth (including Google OAuth).
  • To send speaker reminder notifications on your behalf when you enable that feature.
  • To process credit transactions and maintain your billing history.
  • To respond to support requests.

4. Google OAuth data

When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account email address and public profile name. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts or any other Google service. The data received is used solely for authentication and to populate your account profile.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the sub-processors required to operate the service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and storage (EU/US).
  • Vercel — hosting and serverless functions (global CDN).
  • Paystack / Flutterwave — payment processing (when you purchase credits).

6. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Authentication tokens are short-lived and rotated automatically. Channel connection secrets (API keys for Slack, Telegram, etc.) are stored in Supabase Vault (encrypted at rest).

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for authentication (session tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

11. Contact
