1. Acceptance of terms

EventFlow Pro is operated by Ajudar Connect Ltd. By creating an account or using EventFlow Pro (“Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

EventFlow Pro is a real-time event scheduling and management platform that allows organisers to manage programme rundowns, speaker timers, audience displays and optional speaker reminder notifications.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One free event run is provided per user per calendar month. Additional runs require purchasing credits.

4. Credits and billing

  • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you start an event run.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with reasonable notice to existing users.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Send unsolicited or spam reminder messages to speakers.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble or exploit the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual property

EventFlow Pro and its associated branding are the property of Ajudar Connect Ltd. You retain ownership of all programme content and data you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

8. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or emergency changes at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
